Diana B. Henriques, an award-winning financial journalist, is the author of The Wizard of Lies, a New York Times bestseller about the Bernie Madoff scandal, and three other books on business history. As a writer for The New York Times, she has largely specialized in investigative reporting on white-collar crime, market regulation and corporate governance.
Ms. Henriques was a member of a reporting team that was named a Pulitzer finalist in 2003 for its coverage of the aftermath of the Enron scandals. She was also a member of a team that won a 1999 Gerald Loeb Award for covering the near-collapse of Long Term Capital Management, a hedge fund whose troubles rocked the financial markets in September 1998. Jennifer McCreight, an American skeptic and atheist blogger, is a graduate student at the University of Washington. She is the architect of Boobquake, an experiment designed to test a claim made by Kazem Seddiqi, an Islamic cleric.

Ms McCreight graduated from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana with a double major in genetics and evolution. Since 2010, she has been pursuing a Ph.D. in genome sciences at the University of Washington. She has had academic work published in the Journal of Zoology and Molecular Approaches in Natural Resource Conservation and Management.
