Space Travel Inquiry: Present and Future Missions of NASA and the CSA

Space programs all over the world are launching daring missions to explore the fascinating mysteries of our solar system, our galaxy, and beyond! Join space exploration experts and educators as we inquire into the most recent space travel developments in the American and Canadian space programs and the future direction of space travel.

Kevin Shortt from the Canadian Space Society and former spokesperson for the Canadian Space Agency will present an overview of Canada’s involvement in the International Space Station, other CSA missions, and the future direction of the Canadian space program.

Marilou Bebak of the Center for Science Learning at the Buffalo Museum of Science will give an in-depth, 3-dimensional look at NASA’s Phoenix Polar Lander mission to Mars.

Niagara Falls Aerospace Museum will exhibit technology successfully used in previous lunar missions to be used for future missions to Mars.
