Moms, dads, guardians, caregivers AND their kids are all welcome! There is a nice, shady playground where the kids can play - while the grown-ups sit, have brunch, and talk about their kids! Come get inspiration, share aggravations, and gain new perspectives with other freethinking families.
Sunday mornings for secular families is a time to spend having fun together. As with church-going families, it can also be a time to get together with other like-minded people for purposes of socialization, education and of course, fun!
The purpose of this monthly meeting is to provide a time for non-religious children to play together, while their parents have an opportunity to talk, strengthen friendships, and create a supportive network of non-religious families.
As our Network grows, we would like to organize a "Sunday School" for the kids during this time, focusing on learning about the many religions of the world, both alive and extinct.
So come be a part and help our Network grow strong!
Note: The playground is unsupervised, but the seating allows parents to keep an eye on their kids while talking/brunching.
