Charlie Sitzes Requests Listing on Adopt a Liberal Roster—Wants to Follow the Money
October 6, 2009
Charlie is the man in the brown jacket on the left side of the picture.
A Christian conservative group, fearing a liberal drift in the country's leadership, has put 11 prominent politicians and activists on an "Adopt a Liberal" roster. They're asking God to help their targets change their stances on a variety of social issues. So, CFI Indiana Friend of the Center, Charlie Sitzes, decided to write them a letter and request that he be put on the roster.
Please place on your prayer list Mr. Charlie Sitzes of Bloomington, IN, who has single handedly funded a huge billboard in Indianapolis, emblazoned with the heretical message, "Imagine No Religion" as well as bus signs in Bloomington, IN that state "You can be good without God." as well as signs in Chicago stating, "In the beginning, man created God."
Satan has a firm grip on Mr. Sitzes. He has led Mr. Sitzes to believe that conservative fundamentalists who believe the earth was created 6000 years ago were denying their own god's laws of archaeology, cosmology, chemistry, geology, history and physics and this caused non-believers like him to infer that fundamentalists were ignorant to the point of perversity.
Then a miracle happened. A brilliant white light appeared and an angel spoke to him affirming that indeed the world really is only 6000 years old. Radioactive dating is a scheme promoted by Satan to test the faith of believers who turn to scientists rather than His holy word for evidence. Every word of the bible is true.
Also, and more importantly, faith is where the money is. For example, Mr. Sitzes has squandered a small fortune promoting his signs and since a small fortune was all he had to start with, he now finds himself penniless. Non-believers refused to step forward with their support for godless organizations such as Freedom from Religion Foundation , who Mr. Sitzes has funded in order that his signs be erected. Meanwhile tens of millions have been raised by believers to support organizations such as The Campus Crusade for Christ , proving that indeed faith is where the money is.
Again I say to you, that if two of you agree on earth about anything that they may ask, it shall be done for them by My Father who is in heaven. For where two or three have gathered together in My name, I am there in their midst. (Matthew 18:19-20 NAS)
So there you have it. Two or three of you get together, invite Jesus into your midst and pray for Mr. Sitzes. Lead him to salvation through faith. That's where the money is.
He received this reply.
"We will be praying for you. You are a special person and God has not abandoned nor forgotten those who despise Him."
We will be anxiously awaiting the outcome of these prayers.
