Episode 104 - Profiles of the Godless: Results from the Non-Religious Identification Survey
December 05, 2011
Today on Center Stage … who are the members of America’s fastest-growing minority – the men and women who live without religion? For generations, most of what social scientists knew about the non-religious was discovered by accident – while studying religious Americans. Studying non-religious people for their own sake is a relatively new departure.
Luke Galen, Associate Professor of Psychology at Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, Michigan, reports on his pioneering study in this area.
This presentation was presented by the Center for Inquiry – Michigan in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on January 28, 2009.
