Episode 152 - Death from the Skies, Part 2

Part Two of a three-part presentation featuring an astronomy-oriented panel from the Committee for Skeptical Inquiry.

On Friday, October 28, 2011, the Committee for Skeptical Inquiry and the Center for Inquiry presented a session titled “Death from the Skies!” at their conference, CSIcon, at the Marriott Hotel in the French Quarter of New Orleans.

The session was moderated by Leonard Tramiel, a retired high-tech executive and a member of the Center for Inquiry’s board of directors. Speakers included astronomer, blogger, and TV host Phil Plait; David Morrison, a senior scientist at the NASA Astrobiology Institute; and Seth Shostak, senior astronomer at the SETI Institute.

This episode features the conclusion of the presentation by David Morrison and part one of the presentation by Seth Shostak.
