Episode 3 - The Future of Secularism, Part 1
November 16, 2009
Part One of a two-part symposium on secularism. In July of 2009, the Center for Inquiry held its annual summer Institute, an adult education program titled "A Secular Summit."
A panel titled "The Future of Secularism" brought together a Who's Who of experts on church-state separation: Derek Araujo, corporate counsel for the Center for Inquiry; Eddie Tabash, chair of the Center's First Amendment Task Force; Dan Barker, co-president of the Freedom from Religion Foundation; Barry Lynn, executive director of Americans United for Separation of Church and State; and my co-host, Free Inquiry editor Tom Flynn. The program was moderated by John Shook, the Center's Vice President for Education and Research.

Fascinating discussion with some excellent points made!
