Jim Strayer is a retired teacher. He taught science at the high school and community college level, and was a supervising teacher in the education department at Eastern Michigan University. He is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University and has a master's degree in Biology from the University of Michigan. He has done post-graduate work at Michigan State University, Wayne State University, and Pratt Institute.

The public is invited.  Our usual agenda is lunch from noon to 1 p.m., presentation from 1 to 1:30, Q&A until 2 p.m.  Attendees may order from the lunch menu.  Seating is limited.
