Max Jackson to speak at CFI Lunch, SEP 21

Starts
Sunday, September 21st at 12:01 pm
Ends
Sunday, September 21st at 2:30 pm

Max Jackson is president of the Campus Freethought Alliance at the University of Central Florida and is a Campus Regional Director for the Center for Inquiry. He is majoring in psychology and political science and minoring in anthropology. He will speak on:

"The New Enlightenment on Campus"

New Center for Inquiry Centers, Communities, and Campus groups are springing up world wide.

Students on campus are restless for a new dedication to science, reason, and secular values, and they find that CFI is the natural vehicle for the expression for those values.

Max Jackson who attended the last "convocation" of CFI leaders from centers, communities, and campuses at Amherst is visiting us to tell us of the challenges of CFI on Campus.

He will also visit with local students (who are interested in forming CFI On Campus groups in the Daytona Beach area) after the lunch at about 2:30 PM.  Reservations at  for the students meeting with Max are encouraged but not required.

Max is an interesting, highly motivated, and personable fellow, and you'll enjoy meeting him.
