The program will include presentations by experts on the constitution who will discuss not only what the constitution REALLY says, but also address some of the current and local challenges to some of the most treasured rights protected by the constitution. Among the speakers will be Bill Schoolman, the president of the Broward Chapter of the ACLU, and Phillip Hubbart, a retired appellate judge, public defender, law professor, and author of a book on the Fourth Amendment (search and seizure issues). All students and members of the community of are invited for any or all of this free program.
