I keep trying to attach it and a message keeps coming up that says the system is not able to take any attachments at this time.  Is it even the correct method to “attach” the picture?

I thought I could upload an image, as opposed to linking to one.  Although, I was able to link to what I needed to.  Thanks for the help.
