At the bottom of the main page. It tells you who is logged in, and how many guests are lurking around. Anytime I log in I only see my name and one guest. I know it doesn’t make much of a difference but knowing that other people are in the forum at the same time felt more sociable.
I’ve noticed that too, George. However, because we have members across a wide range of time zones, some tend to be active while others are asleep or at work. In fact, I’ve sometimes been surprised when I see someone whose approximate location I’m aware of happening to be on at the same time I am. I realize that the person is posting at, say, 3:00 AM his time. Surely there must some better way to deal with insomnia.
