Hello Everyone,

My name is Amos and I live in Banff, Alberta, Canada.

I’ve spent the early part of my life razed as a Jehovah’s Witness. Then I realized that the best argument I could find for god’s existence can be summed up with “Well we’re here, aren’t we?”
Most of the time I call myself an atheist, but sometimes have weird feelings to the word being that I was grown to hate the general idea atheists or atheism (atheists eat babies you know:).
To those who ask I like to call myself an infidel just to see ignorant reactions, but really I am just a man learning about our surroundings/beginnings along with the rest of the species.

I greatly look forward to engaging you all in conversation.

Thank you for having me!
Amos

Hello Everyone,

My name is Amos and I live in Banff, Alberta, Canada. ...

Banff is one of the most beautiful locations in North America!

I’m envious of your surroundings, although I imagine you must drive a bit to reach a larger city. (But then again, I must do likewise. Driving to Boston takes me 2 hours.)

I’m new, too, but nonetheless, welcome.

I’ve actually been to Banff many years back on a family trip. Yep, it’s a beautiful place. Near Lake Louise, is that right?

Ah, but Banff is truly easy on the eyes. The town is all touristy, but still its location is unbeatable.
