Hello. I am a Danish boy (age 17) with a great interest in science and physics. I joined this site mainly to learn since i doubt i will
be able to contribute at this level of discussion.

As i mentioned i am from Denmark, currently staying at a (sort of) border school which is offered in place of the 9th or 10th year of ground school. I went here in 10th grade. the purpose school which is called an afterschool (direct translation) is to mature the young people who attend and to, of course, to teach us whatever we need to know before we go further in our education. Many afterschools have focus areas like sports or wildlife etc. My school focuses on music mainly. I enjoy playing music which i have been doing for 7 years now, i play the piano, percussion and a bit of guitar which is self taught.

Thats me in short terms. feel free to ask if there is anything else you might find interesting. if not then you will see me in random discussions asking stupid questions.

Yes, Paraka glad to have you.  You will learn a lot.  I am a new member, 56 and I expect I’ll learn a great deal.  What’s best is that no one in this group will gasp if you say you’re an atheist.

I expect there are lots of other people at a site like this who are atheists..

Science and religion have always been in conflict. I do respect those who are able to combine the teachings of religion with the logic of science though.

I was in Denmark several times: near Viborg, Randers, Grenaa (how do I make an ‘a’ with a circle on it???), also near Korsör (and this ‘o’ with a / throught it???).
