As some of you know, something happened to my account almost a year ago.  I couldn’t access it and Doug couldn’t fix it either.  So, finally I set up a new one.  The old account was under the name, Occam.  The new one was the same but with a trailing period, Occam.  .    However, the registration program won’t accept two accounts using the same e-mail so I set up a Yahoo e-mail account to list.  And I thought that was all.  What I didn’t realize was that whenever anyone sent me an e-mail through this site, it went to the Yahoo account, which I never looked at.  I was just checking things in my profile and saw that account.  I went to it and saw there were 319 unread e-mails over the last year.  I have to apologize especially to Asanta and Darron along with quite a few others who sent me many, many notices of spam posts. 

There were a few others which I’ll have to go back and see what they were referring to so I can belatedly answer them.

LOL! I didn’t notice a difference at all, that there was any lag time in getting rid of spam.  Glad you have it straightened out now!

I think 319 replies should bring things back to normal

Oh well, no worries. We have several pairs of eyes here looking out for the #$*&+*^ spammers ...

Mriana, Mac, and I do our parts, but Doug is the wildman Spam Monster.  I don’t know how many times I’ve seen new spam and he zaps it before I even get a chance to check it.  He is really fast.

Hey, no problem Occam. One of my professors did something similar early this semester. He realized his error within a week though, as students were asking him if he got their e-mails.
