I disagree.
It goes to the heart of his hypocrisy. It is just like when Republican Senator Larry Craig was arrested in the men’s room for lewd behavior with a man. With almost anyone else that would be a non-issue. But since Craig used his position to deny gays rights, his hypocrisy on this issue is newsworthy. Or when anti-drug Rush Limbaugh got hooked on drugs. If it hadn’t been for his previous strong position on the subject, then that would have been a non-issue.
Likewise how the 9/11 hijackers boozed it up with strippers right before their attacks shows their utter hypocrisy. They (and bin Laden) are more than willing to kill thousands of unarmed civilians just because those people don’t follow bin Laden’s strict, barbaric and primitive 7th Century anti-porn, anti-stripper and anti-alcohol brand of Islam. Yet all the while these people are engaging in the very activities they want to forcibly deny others. That’s an issue!
When it comes to religion, I think the most whacked-out vocal opponents of something are usually the ones engaging in it themselves! That doesn’t matter if the religion is Christianity preaching against gays (Do you hear me Fred Phelps! Just come out of the closet already!) or if it is Islam preaching against women (or goats or donkeys) showing the tiniest bit of skin. In the end they all secretly desire it themselves. And that’s an important issue.

However, when the high ranking officers are captured, it is not unusual to find a stash of porn along with them. You know, sort of like the ‘family first’ GOP demanding Clinton’s resignation because of an affair with Lewinski, while carrying their own illicit liaisons.
