This part of the article:

...is encuraging for reasons which go beyond dealing with this guy. Seems the police in Canada like to conduct investigations without public grandstanding.
The authorities in the USA could learn something from that example.

I remember when I started listening to podcasts a couple of years ago, one of the first names I came across in their discussions was the name David Mabus . PZ said he has been at it for at least 20 years .

I listened to the podcast “the non-prophets” and they mentioned Mabus/Markuze. Apparently a police officer who came in contact with Mabus/Markuze said ‘He’s not well’. He is on a 30 day psychiatric hold fro evaluation.

Hum. Good to know Doug, thanx. But imagine if a Humanist did that, their picture would be all over the TV and newspapers, but when a Christian does it, is he dismissed as a nut case or not taken as a serious issue?
