Ooowh… once I saw a tree, the wind ripped it nearly in half, from top to bottom.  It was a good size tree trunk nearly two feet in diameter, it was quite a sight.  They really are big heavy structures, they do need some care if you want to live close to one.  Some areas are built with the “tree line” just beyond the sidewalk, the tree roots will up-root the sections of the concrete sidewalk if they want to, that’s a real trip hazard.
