I have not been a fan of Rooney’s for about two decades (before that, I thought he was kinda cool). I do respect the fact that he was honest about his atheism. I just thought I’d say thanks to him (posthumously) for that. 

I did like that guy though. Didja ever wonder???? Andy is an excellent symbol of athiests in foxholes indeed even though he never saw one (he was a flyboy) and a former pascifist. I’ll miss his bushy eyebrows poking into the camera while asking those poignant questions every week. RIP Andy.
