Yeah I was surprised too. It’s not too often are people willing to admit that they like a movie about and underground fetish group who’s hobbies include getting into a massive car wreck, and then having wild crazy sex to get themselves off, but then again, he might be referring to the other Crash movie.
1. Contact
2. The third man
3. 2001
4. Koyaanisqatsi
5. The cook, the thief, his wife and her lover
6. The Sacrifice
7. The Mirror
8. Sin City
9. Insignificance
10. The girl with the pearl earring

Not a bad movie, but after seeing it a couple times, I don’t want to see it again.

I’m not much into repeat movie experiences. Saw it once. Loved it. Great message at a time when it was/is needed.
Traveler, just in case your looking for more bizarre pleasure-fest films like Crash, you can check out check out the Secretary. That movie also has David Spader in it. That is, if thats your kind of movie…

Honestly, I did not know that a “Crash” movie existed other than the one I linked to. I loved the way my “Crash” addressed prejudice.
Now, as to The Secretary, I saw that a couple of years ago. Quite liked it too, but for other reasons.

Koyaanisqatsi! That’s my kind of movie! One of the best. I haven’t seen the sequel(can’t remember name)but I was led to understand it wasn’t nearly as good.
I’ve made my own Koyaanisqatsi videos from time to time . My absolute favorite genre of film.
Koyaanisquatsi is a great film, right up there for me as well. I think the sequel was called Powaqqatsi or something, and yes, it isn’t nearly as good. Also loved The Third Man. Really, it’s impossible to coherently narrow a “best of” down to some particular number ...

It’s a trilogy, no? Koyaanisqatsi, Powaqqatsi, and Naqoyqatsi. Anybody see all three?
