I am not opposed to social programs administered by private corporations, as long as they are non-profit. The government is being accused of wasting money on administrative costs and it is true that programs do incur administrative costs. But when a social program is run by a for-profit company there are still administrative costs, plus profit.
Social programs that deal with financial assistance and private for-profit corporations are mutually exclusive.
