I’ve been listening to the POI podcasts for a while now and have only just realised there’s a forum here.
So here I am!

I consider myself a critical thinker but have believed or been interested in some whacky stuff in the past (psychics, UFOs, conspiracies and a whole bunch more.)
It took a while but I’ve managed to shed those ideas slowly over the years.

I’m a freelance graphic designer, amateur photographer, some-time musician (I’ve toured and recorded) and all-round science & nature lover.

G’day mate!  Whacky ideas seem to be frowned upon, on these boards. Personally I tend not to rule whacky ideas out at first glance.  If nothing else, they are good for entertainment value. Unfortunately, most whacky ideas don’t seem very novel, these days.  But conspiracies, are sometimes particularly hard for me to rule out, as they seem so possible.
