I just got an email from someone to whom I recommended the CFI Forums:
“I attempted to register on Thursday and now by Saturday I still get: “Your membership account [h]as not yet been activated”. Is this just due
to slowness of the system - or is there some other problem?”
This person does not do a lot via computer. I don’t know what to suggest checking.
When you sign up for an account, the system emails you a confirmation to the email address that you put in. It could have been that she mistyped her email address and the confirmation was sent to the wrong account.
Tell her to try again. If she doesn’t get the responding email I can probably activate her account manually.
