Nice! I’ve always wondered how Christians can reconcile these flagrant wastes of resources with all the suffering there is. I’m sure they consider this kind of thing an homage to the greatness of God. But how great could their god be if she required constant homage and praise? Can you imagine what you’d tell your grown-up child if they constantly came up to you and said “mommy i love you so much, I really love you, oh mommy i can’t stand to not think about you and how much i love you. Here’s another statue I made of you”. You as the parent would be like “enough already, get out there and get a job, help somebody in need, I get it already you love me.”
