How is this even possible?? I’ve heard of doctors accidentially squeezing a baby’s head with calipers too hard, and that resulting in death; But this?

That story made me want to throw up. I thought I’d heard everything. That woman had clear indications (from the story) for a C-section hours before the tragic death. I wonder if she refused one…. there has to be more to that unfortunate story.
