Some tine ago i have seen a show where they have talked about the graves of Aliens around the USA.
Unfortunately, as they pointed out, it is not allowed to dig for Aliens at all of these sites

Does anyone has knowledge of (serious and scientific) Investigations at these sites, or a website about them?

No, I’m not aware of any serious investigations concerning that. There have been sensational reports of so called “alien remains” being unearthed - but they were just the bones of individuals with unfortunate skeletal deformities. Some E.T. Enthusiasts will claim that those perfectly earth bound deformities are proof of aliens visitations.
