Good one. And the real life situation that the comic refers to really shows how these conservatives think. They literally want to go back to the way things were in the 50’s.

Things were only like that in the 50s in the conservative imagination (and on Ozzie& Harriet). Like today they (the conservatives) don’t want to deal with the reaL world.
