Hey all, this will be my first post. I begin with a question. Whats the deal with a juice fast? I just got done watching “fat sick and nearly dead” and it really got me thinking. So does anyone have any concrete findings or research to backup/disprove the hype about juicing. Id like to give it a try but after doing some research I find that its going to be a cash guzzler to keep up with. I have never had a problem paying a little extra to stay healthy but I don’t want to get sucked into something that is just going to make me starve for five days. Thanks!
