A strange Question, but do male dogs have nipples?
And if so how many do they have?

I have never seen them, neither with dogs or other animals like cats.

If I were guessing I’d say males of all mammals do, and I believe dogs have 6, but you didn’t ask for a guess.

I guess it’s not as crazy a question as you thought. Start typing “do male dogs… ” into Google and it’s the first autosuggest that appears.

Having owned four dogs from my age of five, one female and three males, they all have six nipples.  The cats my mother owned also had six nipples. I was a curious child.

Further proof that the Bible got it backwards.  Females happened first, and we males are just an afterthought. 

This may not be correct.
I mean that males are just defect females, no, also females have male characteristics they wouldnt need, its just so that there is some sort of basic pattern from which both develop.
