Paul Ryan stated in a speech in Utah (another big surprise) that he feels that restoring school prayer should be a state issue, reversing the Supreme decision O’Hare v. The Dallas School Bd. He also felt that there should be more religious ornamentation in public squares and it wouldn’t hurt to invoke the name of god every now and then. Probably not going to get the atheist vote.
