Nah, George. Since there are about 100 rhinoviruses, it just means that you’ve developed immunity to somewhere in the range of (I’m guessing) forty of them.  That means you only have a 60% chance of catching a cold any day this year.  For myself, I’m looking foward to my 100th birthday when, I figure, I’ll have used them all up.

In many ways, we already do. If you have city water and sewer, you pay fees to the government to have those things taken care of. If you have a septic tank, you pay someone to pump it out and dispose of the waste, and part of what your bill goes to pays for taxes and disposal fees.
