What’s funny is that it looks like he realized his misspelled Boehner’s name, corrected it, and didn’t catch his other mistake.

It looks like he was trying to use a colloquialism but misspelled it anyway. Love the “water board the IRS” sign. If we can do it to them, we can do it to us too!
