“Mind Control Made Easy: or How to Become a Cult Leader”

It’s a tongue-in cheek instructional film that goes through the various techniques that cults and cult-like movements use to recruit and retain members.  Many of the techniques are used by many organizations that most people think are benign, if not beneficial.

I watched about half, and what I saw looked pretty accurate. I just kept thinking “Smells like Scientology”.

Also, I really want one of those t-shirts.

Funny and scary at the same time.

Funny because the things they say are so cliche.

Scary because people actually fall for it.
