I am originally from Brooklyn New York (not to be confused with Brooklyn, Connecticut or Michigan) but now I live in the more famous city of Grand Rapids Michigan. (the former furniture capital of the world) I was raised in a fundamentalist pentecostal church and I suspect many other members have grown up in similar circumstances. I’m looking forward to a lot of fun and interesting discussions.

Welcome, bingbong. Brooklyn’s a wonderful borough of NYC; whenever we have friends in town we are always sure to take a walk across the bridge.

I was a former Pentecostal minister years ago before becoming a non believer so I know your feeling there. I have myself enjoyed my time here even a few trolls sneaking in here and there. And I have learned a whole lot more about forums and internet lingo from this site as I only started going to forums this year and have only been operating a computer for four or five years as I was late catching up to the modern world and still know nothing whatsoever about ipods, cell phones, GPS and fax machines.

Anyway its always nice to see some one else register because I like to see what new people will post.
