It’s that time of year again!

On the twelveth day of Solstice, my true love gave to me
Twelve Christians crossing,
Eleven Moslems mosquing,
Ten Hindus hopping,
Nine Pagans praying,
Eight Wiccans wicking,
Seven Scientologists,
Six near-Agnostics
Five thousand creeds!
Four Hasidic Jews,
Three TMs,
Two astrologers,
And a Freethinker’s Manifesto!

(Okay, I admit it could use a little tweaking…)

That is good!  I like it.  Not sure what to suggest to tweak it, but I still like it.  smile  Very creative.

I’d like to hear a recording of that.  Isn’t there a humanist podcaster who plays the piano and sings?  I remember him singing Die Gedanken sind Frei.  You should pass it on.

Carols do beg for parody don’t they?

Here’s some Lovecraftian carols for the geekishly inclined.  The underlined titles on the list towards the bottom of the page are the sample mp3s.

I don’t know much about podcasts.  If anyone wants to use this song or pass it on, be my guest.  Maybe I’ll get my 15 minutes of fame.  wink
