With the new Indiana Jones movie about to come out—“The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull”—I expect a lot more speculation about this hoary old story.  Most of my information comes from books, but when I talk to people on the internet, they naturally want a link.  Does anyone know of good links for this topic?
