Can anyone report on the cfi student leadership conference?
We couldn’t attend.
Also, looking for any HS or college students in the LA/ Ventura county, CA area. We live in Moorpark.

Thank you, we have read the report, and it’s great to hear that it was a success! The leaders of the future are right there. Awesome.

We went to the Skeptic’s Toolbox and it was so amazing. What a treat to meet so many brilliant, enthusiastic, and fun people. This was our 2nd year, and we look forward to next year.

Erin and I both work the weekend of October 4-5. I hope there’s some way she can change her schedule at such quick notice. Please keep us informed as to the location, and who we should contact for more info.

Nix that CA regional conference date!  The Skeptics Society is holding their conference in Pasadena October 3-4, so we’re going to reschedule the campus event.  I’ll post on here and e-mail our SoCal contacts when a new date has been selected.

Oh, yes, we would really love to attend the Skeptic’s Society annual conference as well.
We are still planning on getting at least part of that Saturday off of work.
We are also attending the Atheist Alliance Int. Conference on Sept 27. Held in Long Beach on the Queen Mary.
If any students would be interested in joining Erin at a table or sitting together, that would be great. She plans on locating the Secular Student Alliance table.
Please keep us informed if any other dates come up in our area.
She is only working on the first weekend in December and really couldn’t get that time off. Otherwise, she is free.
