How can I learn more about developments in vaccine research and about the safety of vaccines?

I found this site that I think is helpful.  Any thoughts?

Well, you can start by checking out our thread HERE, and reading through the arguments, links and documentation provided there.

One place you certainly will not learn anything true is the site linked in the original post! There are numerous pseudoscientific stories there, clearly biased against not only vaccines but the truth. Following a couple of the links and fact-checking them, I found anecdotes, misinterpretations or outright lies about vaccine safety. I’ll be curious to see whether a real discussion follows or if this post is just an opportunity to rpomote yet one more irration, fear-mongering web site.

More to the point, is there yet a vaccine which can inoculate me from pseudoscientific nonsense such as the antivaccine movement? The pathogen seems to be spreading and I fear for my reason.

The subject line smacks of a copy writer. I suspect the original poster has a vested interest in the site linked, and this is nothing more than spam.

One of the oldest internet marketing tricks in the book is to join an online forum and feign concern on the topic, while linking to your own website. Once the hits start coming, you can either sell your e-book or whatever you’re peddling, or simply charge more for your advertising once you have more traffic.

Good point Jules, that is a rather sophisticated title!
