Hi…I was attempting to upload an avatar, but I keep getting an error message that the file is not acceptable [too large—it was over 50k]. Ok, I used the remove button, but I keep getting the error message as I try to upload a file within the size parameters.

I would appreciate any help you can give.

Not sure I understand your issue ... if you are sure it’s of the right size it may be a software problem that we’ve had in the past. But be sure that it’s of an allowed image type and at most 100 X 100.

Let me know if you’re sure that the avatar is of the right size (less than or equal to 100 X 100, 50k) and of the right image type. If so, I’ll check with our techies about possible software issues.

At first the image was too large, but then I adjusted it down to a smaller file size. I still got the same error message, but I uploaded it anyway.

It worked.
