This is supposed to be a sort-of East coast version of TAM. Hopefully will become a big yearly event.

Temptingly close by! I may have to check this out. I could hop on the train from CT.

As Bob Barker used to say on The Price is Right—“Come on down!”

Gaaa. Just blew my “visiting NYC” budget for the year last weekend, went up to see a reading of my Rwanda play at the Abingdon Theatre on 36th Street. I’ve been away from NYC for almost 30 years; I’d forgotten how .... “intense” it is. wink

Skeptics Guide to the Universe Podcast 217 was live from this meeting. One of the best podcasts.

I’d be interested in comments from those who could attend.  Apparently the tickets sold out!

Yep, it was an excellent day—although you heard a significant chunk of it by listening to SGU. The tickets did sell out completely, and apparently they were turning people away at the door!
