See the list HERE.

Unfortunately our great PoI wasn’t on the list this year, but a couple of great podcasts won awards. Congrats to Skeptics Guide to the Universe and QuackCast! (Also enjoy Twit, Security Now and the Daily Giz Wiz, but they’re for tech rather than skepticism. Leo Laporte is becoming an internet broadcast juggernaut).

It’s a particularly sweet win for QuackCast since Mark Crislip appears to be running the thing on a shoestring.

Nice to see some skeptical podcasts getting recognition, but I am unsurprised the ESPN fantasy football podcast won the people’s choice award. With global warming, health care reform, two wars, a tanked economy and banking industry greed in the news the people voted for a fantasy football site as their favorite. Just goes to show ya where our national priorities lie.
