I think that the website could use some work.
I was looking through the other CFI websites ( http://www.centerforinquiry.net/communities/index.html ), and I like the community calender on the Tampa website:
The Miami website isn’t bad either, I like the picture at the top:
I recommend maybe reorganizing the stuff on the left side. Put the Join Us, Get Active, and Donate button together below the two blue menus. Put to two blue menus together like they have them on the Miami website, and get rid of the yellow menus. (Roy, the yellow menu is the one at the bottom)
Also, out GetActive link doens’t work, there is a trailing space at the end of the hyperlink > "http://ga1.org/center_for_inquiry/join.html "
(I noticed that this link is broken on everyone’s website)
I actually think that a combination of the Miami website design, the picture at the top with their explanation of who they are below, and then a calender on the right like on the Tampa website would be good.
I would get rid of all those ads on the right. On the right we should have that events calender and then below that the section that we currently have with the officers, contacts, links, etc.
I would add a link specifically to this Fort Lauderdale forum:
Also, the section on the right on our webpage isn’t aligned right, it floats over to the left, it needs to stay all the way over to the right.
I would use the middle to post pictures and suummaries of prior events.
Just some ideas.
