It varies, but a fair number.  However, the three moderators and the administrator are pretty vigilant so they disappear quite quickly.

Yep, it all depends on how fast we can catch them. We get LOTS of spam account signups daily, but the vast majority don’t survive much beyond the signup process. Only a very small percentage ends up posting something here.

Then there are some posts that are in the grey area of spam, where we end up having to figure out what to do ...
