He meant spelt, and it is still spelled wrong! Spelt and spelled are interchangeable, but spelled is usually used in the USA and spelt is more of an English spelling.

Have I ever told you about the Bosnian I used to work for.  He had this habit of say talkie-walkie, I corrected him once, but he kept saying it, I think before it was over I called it a talkie-walkie.

Now, what was the thread about anyway??

It was a post that belonged under another thread - Rachel Richardson Smith’s essay.

I’m not the typo master for noth’in.

I make a lot of typos too.  I think we both just need to actually proofread our posts.  But that takes, you know, effort.  So I don’t know if I’ll bother.

Speak for yourself, I proof read like crazy and it sure does help considering all I catch, but I always seem to let a few through.
Gosh and if this goofy thread keeps going your going to have to start adding pussy, er I mean kitty, pics.

You could always type your posts up in Word or MS Works or something first.  Then copy and paste it into the post box.

Or use Firefox instead of IE. It marks any misspelled words as you type.
