IMHO, some pretty good stuff came up in conversation. There’s too much to simply sum up, but it seemed to me that it is a fairly good presentation on what the current inquiry is regarding the possibility of finding life outside of Earth. Most of the focus was on microbial life; it seemed to be agreed that intelligent life as we think of it should be extremely rare.
