I updated to Safari 5.03 on my MacBook Pro the other day, and now cannot log in using that program. I can log in using Firefox 3.6.12, but prefer using Safari as my default browser. I’m running Mac OS 10.6.5 on an 2.26 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo MacBook Pro. Anyone have any ideas? When I try logging in using Safari I get a message that my user name does not exist. Obviously this does not happen in Firefox.

VERY strange, since I also use Safari 5.0.3 without problem. Perhaps try clearing your browser’s cache, and all of the cookies from CFI (assuming you can remember your username and password, of course!) That should reset it.

Turned out to be an Id10t error. My login ID and user name are different. I had to go back to my old G5, which is now my server, to log on and view my account profile to figure it out, but everything is working fine now.
