The US has given Egypt a billion and a half dollars a year for at least the last 30 years… Did that money build one school? One hospital? Does capitalism build schools, hospitals?.... My guess is that the moneys went to a few wealthy families who in turn bought used weaponry… Build an army from the poor to control the poor…
I’m sure the US will pay lip service to more democracy there but in reality if they had more democracy they would vote in a theocracy…. Thank You capitalism.
I guess more so than capitalism,, I’m railing against the military industry… What a no-brainer,,, with military spending you end up with a lot of scrap metal for your money,,, spent on a civil service program you would end up with a Utopia….

—In 2010, $1.3 billion went to strengthen Egyptian forces versus $250 million in economic aid. Another $1.9 million went for training meant to bolster long-term U.S.-Egyptian military cooperation. Egypt also receives hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth of excess military hardware annually from the Pentagon.
Oh wow tirebiter,
I just realized I got a friend, who got a new girlfriend, who got a truck just like that, but her’s is in good condition. I haven’t seen the truck myself, but he has shown me pictures. I’m going to have to email this image and see if he agrees.
It’s the same truck as the “evil” truck in the movie Creepers Jeepers… about the stupidest teenagers to ever sit in a 59 impala… My truck is much more evil looking than the Creepers’ truck (err,,, I mean,,, has a richer patination)... Google either 1946 Chevy COE or Creepers Jeeepers for more images… I’ve collected about 10 old trucks (4 Studebakers) some of which are albumed at facebook.
“Nine men reportedly repelled into the building through the roof. During their search for valuables, they knocked the heads of a pair of 2,000-year-old mummies, broken nearly a dozen small artifacts, and ravaged the gift shop.”
