Richard E. Rubenstein Richard E. Rubenstein is a Professor of Conflict Resolution and Public Affairs at the Institute for Conflict Analysis and Resolution at George Mason University. He is the author of several books, including When Jesus Became God: The Struggle to Define Christianity in the Last Days of Rome (2000) and Aristotle's Children: How Christians, Muslims, and Jews Rediscovered Ancient Wisdom and Illuminated the Dark Ages (2004), as well as numerous articles and reviews. His newest book is entitled Thus Saith the Lord: The Revolutionary Moral Vision of Isaiah and Jeremiah (2006).
