Join CFI-L.A. at the March for Science
Anyone who uses a cell phone, drives a car, flies on an airplane, or goes to a hospital depends on science. Recently though, there has been an uptick in science denial about climate change, evolution, the environment, and other important issues.
Since CFI has always been a pro-science, evidence-based organization, we will be participating in the March for Science in downtown Los Angeles all day on April 22. We will open our Hollywood Blvd. parking lot to carpoolers all day, and will be staffing tables in Pershing Square that represent the Center for Inquiry and the Independent Investigations Group.
Planning to join us at the march? Meet up at the booth at march time, 11 a.m.
CFI-L.A. and the Independent Investigations Group (IIG) will have adjacent booths in the the row of vendors near Olive and W. 5th St., toward the main stage (in the NW quadrant of Pershing Square). There are only four rows of booths at the event, so we shouldn't be too hard to find.
