Café Inquiry heads busy week of 8 events at CFI-L.A.

March 24, 2014

In a break from the usual serious discussions at Café Inquiry, a hilarious game called “Cards Against Humanity” led by skeptical blogger Ross Blocher and pitting teams against each other for finding the funniest answer card to one with a question was part of a busy week at CFI’s Steve Allen Theater. There were five theater shows, including skeptic comic Marc Maron, the Atheists United monthly meeting, and a special L.A. Press Club event with a debate for a county supervisor’s office featuring four candidates, including Bobby Shriver, that was live-streamed by NBC-LA.

CFI-L.A.‘s next “Feed Your Brain” lecture is by Caltech’s Heather Knutson on exoplanets this Sunday. Popular Science named her one of the top 10 brilliant young scientists in the nation.
